I am unable to access JIRA or Confluence even though I am workspace admin

Hi, I am an Attlasian admin of the account for my little startup. 

I can access administration panel etc but can not access JIRA or confluence sites. The system keeps asking me to reverify my E-mail even thought I have done it for like 10 times. 

For the Admin account I am using Yahoo Email. 
I currently have a free Attlasian plan. 

All other teammates can access products without a problem.  

Any ideas why is this happening?

Can you check for the groups you’re in and also the groups allocated for product access for the applications?
