Hi Team,
I am unable to get the password /username reset link in my mail, everytime i click on the forgotten password link.
I have checked the junk and spam folders in my mailbox, but nothing is found over there as well. Kindly assist me with issue. I went through few of the discussions regarding the similar issue. I saw a thread, where the mailbox was blocked by the application and has to be later unblocked by system admin. Could it be possible that same has happened to me as well.

yes. that could be one case.
I assume, you have checked your profile and the email is correct.. (trust me, it happens)
.. other than that, its pretty standard use case and password reset should not cause any issue in cloud unless your organization has set up some policies around it in server varient.

Thats the issue mate. I am still unsure how to reset my username and password as i m not getting any emails to my account for password reset. How do you suggest we proceed in recovering the same.
