username : A231969 please assist

Hi @Tendani Mulaudzi and welcome,

Not much we can do about your case. You should contact your jira admin, or your IT. If you are on cloud and your account isn't managed by your organization you can reset your password.

Hello @Tendani Mulaudzi 

Adding to this, Atlassian Cloud products, like Jira, are accessed through Atlassian Cloud accounts. Atlassian Cloud account logins are email addresses. A231969 is not a proper login for an Atlassian Cloud account.

Are you sure you are accessing Jira Cloud?

Can you provide a screen image of the error you receive when you try to login?
