I set up a filter to capture May tickets for invoicing but are unable to bring them up when I click on the filter. It was working in the new system but I went to the old system and not it isn’t working but still showing the filter I sent up.
How can I get to the new system as it may still work there. Thanks, Simon

Let me see if I understand, you set up an work item (issue) filter subscription, so you getting an email with a list from Jira of your tickets. When you try to click on the hyperlink in the email to view the ticket in Jira, what happens? Or are you saying there isn't a link anymore?
Are you saying when you try to look at the filter results in Jira, you don't find the tickets?
Can you please share an anonymised version of the screens and what you are seeing?
It's not clear to me what isn't working and therefore I don't know what to advise to help.
