I am unable to see bulk change option in jira cloud

I am using jira cloud and trying to make changes for some tickets of a particular project using bulk change option.

But I am unable to see bulk change option in issue navigator window.

Please have a look at Editing multiple issues at the same time

Before you begin

To perform a bulk operation, you'll need the global Make bulk changes permission and the relevant permission for each project. For example, you would need to have the Move Issue project permission and Make bulk changes global permissions to move a group of issues at the same time.
