I am unable to see my colleagues names when I @name them in the comments?

@Name not displaying list of my fellow users / colleagues

Atlassian Team members are employees working across the company in a wide variety of roles.

@Elizabeth Alden Ideally, you must have "Browse users and groups" permission under Settings > System > Global permissions for you to be able to browse for your colleagues names. Check if you have it already.

Hi @Elizabeth Alden ,  welcome to the community.

In order to be able to at mention a user they must have permissions to the project. Can you verify this. What type of project is this - Company or Team managed? Can you assign an issue to the user? Can the user otherwise browse issues, make comments etc in the project?
