I am unable to see the work log when I print a issue

When I go to print an issue , I am not seeing the work Log 

What and what do I need to do to print both the comments and the work log in one document 

All entries need to be seen

Can you please confirm if you are using JIRA Cloud or Server? Also, when you say you are printing an issue, are you meaning that you are printing a card in your Board?

The field that displays all work logged on an issue is called Time Spent. that been said, you must add the Time Spent to your Card layout to display it in the print:

- Navigate to your board > Click on the three dots > Board settings > Card Layout

- Add the Time Spent field to the views you want

I am in the cloud and have the same question. From the old issue view, I select export icon, print, but the resulting html view does not have worklog, only the comments.

Thank you for the provided details.

Indeed, the print option under the export button does not provide the worklog entries, but only the comments from the issues. however, we completely agree with you that add the information from tabs other than the comments would be useful.

That being said, we have a feature request opened to improve this functionality and add the issue history and worklog entries to the print:

- Printing - Allow users to combine the 'Comments' with 'Work Log' when viewing/printing
