Check whether you have "Create Shared Objects" permission under System > Global permissions.

You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.

Also please be more specific what "unable to" means, because that could be just about anything.

You might also want to check the permissions for the specific dashboard and who can view / edit.

Additionally, for each filter that you've created then you'd need to ensure that the people who you want to share the dashboard with also have permission to see the filter - these can be checked per filter in the "Details " which appear when you save the filter.
