I have a question regarding a board my colleague created which for some reason can’t be accessed.
We get the below error message when we try to access it:
Hi @Shreemantika Aich - It's probably because he has not shared the filter for the board. The first thing I would do is work with your colleague to share the filter with you.
As Jack said, if you are a Jira Administrator then you can change the ownership of the filter if it is shared with others.
Are you a system admin? If so, and the board exists then you should be able to find the board under the view all boards screen. Can you confirm that? Also check under Jira settings > System > shared boards. Assuming you can find the board then, as a system admin, you should be able to edit the board settings.

Hi @Shreemantika Aich, Does your colleague have the permission to view the project and issues within it?
