I am using meeting minutes macro in my JIRA cloud confluence page and would like to add the pages that have been worked on to the decision logs. If any label has been put in the task  then it should directly go to the decision log . is this possible for JIRA cloud? Kindly help. Thanks in advance!

I see this is the second time you've asked this question.  If you don't mind, I will mark the previous one as duplicate.

First of all, Jira and Confluence are separate products, so I am assuming we are talking about Confluence cloud here.

I'm not sure what the meeting minutes macro is.  Are you talking about the Meeting Note Blueprint?

When you say you want to add the pages that have been worked on to the decision logs, what exactly do you mean? linking other confluence pages to the meeting notes?  Or putting pages into the Decisions blueprint?

Now you want to link an issue to the decision blueprint or somewhere else as well?
