I as admin sent an invitation to the company website.
The user followed the link and as confirmation sent me a screenshot of Gira where he logged in under the right e-mail where I sent the invitation.

And in gira administration is still inactive that the invitation has been sent.
What is connected with this situation ?

Is the user able to successfully login and access the Jira functionality?

There can be a delay in the Administration screens updating to reflect the last activity date of a user.
