I can no longer edit sharing on JIRA issue filters.

I can no longer edit sharing on any JIRA issue filters.  I checked the Global Permissions and sharing filters is enabled for all my JIRA-Users. I switched to a different user to check if it was just my account having the problem, but it also affected the alternate user account.

When I go to 'Edit Current Filter', the 'Share' field is not editable except to delete a currently shared group.

You can share only a filter where are the owner. Are you the owner of the filters?

I am the owner of the filter and also a JIRA Admin.

I'm having the same problem, this used to work fine, I don't know why this has changed!

I figured out it was a change in my Adblocker. I whitelisted the site and works fine now.
