I can't CLONE an issue in Jira right now.

There is a popup that says it is in progress and that another popup will indicate completion (with a link to the new ticket).

No subsequent popup is shown.

Also [this is NOT why I'm posting today], why the heck does JIRA show the popup and new ticket link for all of 10 seconds? THAT is SUPER ANNOYING. Who designed that one??? I mean, if it shows up that is better than not, i guess...

Have you confirmed, by using Search Issues in another browser tab or redisplaying the source issue in another tab to check for a Linked Issue therein for the clone, that the issue clone process has truly not completed?

I've not had an experience where the process appears to get stuck, like you're seeing. Try to confirm that the process really is stuck and it isn't just an issue with the pop-up.
