I can't access link of TIC-95330 - xxx and can't see comments in SWDEV-335757

I can't see the comments with attached picture in SWDEV link. I have tried to request the permission of accessing TIC, but always no reply.

In order to have access, you should ask internally to a JIRA Administrator. It seems that your user has not Application Access.
