Hello @[deleted]

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

By "delete my account" do you mean you are trying to cancel your Atlassian Cloud product subscriptions? Or are you trying to delete the account/credentials that you use to login?

Canceling product subscriptions, deleting the site where they were installed, and deleting the Organization under which they exist takes time. A subscription that you have requested to be canceled will remain active until the next billing date in case you change your mind and want to withdraw your cancellation request. When the next billing date arrives the subscription will then be deactivated, but the data will be held for a period of time in case you change your mind and want to reactivate it and restore the data.

Deleting a site requires all product subscriptions be fully deleted.

Deleting an organization requires that all product subscriptions be fully deleted, plus some additional steps.

If you are concerned about the requests for your credit card information, you can reach out to the Atlassian Billing Team through the following page to find out if the message has been sent by Atlassian.

Hey Trudy,

I am trying to delete the account as I mentioned before.

Exception:

You can't delete your account

Your account can't be deleted because:

  • User is last billing admin of a transaction account that has one or more active entitlements.
  • User is last billing admin of a transaction account that has one or more non-cancelled subscriptions.
  • User is last billing admin of a transaction account that has one or more open invoice requests

It supposed to be only a trial. I cancelled, and stop using long ago. still getting credit card requests by the time.

This is the email I am receiving frequently lately.

Last chance: your subscription will be deactivated soon

Hi,

It's not too late to keep the work you've done so far! This is your last chance to add payment details before your subscription is deactivated. At that point, you'll lose product access, and your data will be permanently deleted soon after.

  • Jira, Premium, Monthly (USD, Default, 16-10-2024) (E-43P-48E-FX3-9BZ)

Your total estimated bill is USD 17.00 (excludes tax)

Add payment details

Once you add payment details, we'll process payment from the start of your billing cycle.

Remember, you can switch back to a Free plan at any time by

Please contact us with any questions, we're always happy to help.

Thanks,
The Atlassian team

I just want the full removal of the account and erasure of the personal data; that contact us loops back to the account deletion page, which is throws the error again. It is quite time wasting.

Cheers,

Setch

Disclaimer: I am not an Atlassian employee. I have no access to any of your subscription information.

How long ago is "long ago"?

If you go to https://admin.atlassian.com and View the billing page, what information do you find? Is there a next billing date being shown?

A Premium trial last for 30 days. If you cancel you subscription it will remain accessible until that 30 days expires.

This page is one location that provides information about the schedule for product subscription cancellation, deactivation, and permanent deletion.

https://support.atlassian.com/organization-administration/docs/delete-your-organization/

If you want to try to expedite the process you'll need to contact Atlassian which you can do through the Billing Team contact page link I provided in my initial reply.

All good mate, I don't want to waste your time either.

Long time like a couple of weeks.

I was all around those pages for last a couple of weeks. I think it is just waiting for the "premium" to end.

Thanks for your time. I will leave this to their own team.

Have a good one.
