I can't edit the assignee name

I have full permissions and was able to edit the assignee name for any Jira card related to my projects. Since last Friday 29th Apr 2022 I can't edit assignee name.

Even the tester in my project was able to create new bugs through Jira board but now he can't.

Is there any global issue in the Jira?

Please could you check if some change happens at project Permission Scheme?
