I can't find my current sprint

Hi all , I need your help since I can't access my sprint , I get a notification saying :

Sorry, you can't view this page

This page is only available to Jira Software users. If you think you should be a Jira Software user, you should ask your administrator to give you application access to Jira Software.

What can I do?

I also don't have the ability to create a new spront

This simply means you do not have the permissions to access Jira Software/ create sprints.

Are you the admin of you Jira site or someone else is the admin?

i am the administrator and organizer and i have the required permissions or i had it up till yesterday

Please check again if you have the "Browse Projects" and "Manage sprints" permission enabled for the role assigned to you in the project.

No and i also can't create a new one. I am helpless. Don't know what to do. it's my tool to mange dev tasks with all the markets

I work with Naama. This is what we see. When I click Edit on Manager sprints, I would like to add Administrators but I can't see how to add it.
