hi guys,
I purchased licenses and want to apply them to a new site after the old one had been deactivated.
However in the advised Settings on my site I can't find the place to apply the license key I copied from myatlassian...
Do you know why?
Thanks
Sam
I think you have bought Jira Server licences, which are no good for buying Cloud (something.atlassian.net) services.
On Cloud, you never get to the licence pages, it's all done behind-the-scenes for you. You log into the my.atlassian.com account that you want to buy the Cloud system with and provide payment info, and the Cloud system is built for you.
If I'm right, and you've bought server licences you don't need because you're on Cloud, then you can request a refund via https://support.atlassian.com/contact
So when you go to Jira Administration, Applications tab - Versions & Licenses, what do you see there?
You should see options there for license key in Jira Software.

hi Gregory, thanks for the answer. No I can't seem to see the Versions and Licenses at all:
Attaching my view. Please forgive my ignorance- I am completely new to Jira.
I am using my company site address to log in:
companysitename.attlasian.net to apply the license I find on the https://my.atlassian.com/product
