Hey all!
I'm a Org Admin but I can't locate my SEN! When i"ve tried the URL https://www.atlassian.com/purchase/my/ no one licenses are showing to me. All Apps that are installed in my org site don't show the SEN number and I can't locate my invoice inside the Billing menu to find out the SEN.
Anyone can help me please?

Welcome to Atlassian Community!
You need to go to admin.atlassian.com, and if you are on the new centralized admin UI (all the menu options are on the left) click Billing and then Manage for the app you need the SEN for. This will bring up the Subscription screen and the SEN is listed with the instance name right under to app name.

A billing admin has the access to manage Atlassian account billing information, including subscriptions, payment methods, and billing details
Could you please confirm if you are the billing admin of your site? Please note this is different from org admin
If not please ask your current billing admins to add you as one by following below steps here
To add a billing admin:
From the left navigation, select Billing permissions.
At the end of the list, select Add new admin.
Enter the email address and select Add admin.
To add multiple billing admins for the same account, they must be added one at a time. You can’t add a distribution list.
