I can't see my board using the app

I can't see the board from the app, but I can from the desktop.

This problem was detected 1 day ago, before it was working perfectly.

When I try access to the board (using the app), I get an error on the screen:

"There was a problem opening the project. Please try again later or contact your administrator."

Does anyone know what could be causing the problem?

Hi @Gonzalo Acosta - sorry about this issue. We had a bug that affected some users' ability to access the board. This should now be resolved. Please let me know if you can now access the board from your app.

Hi @Gonzalo Acosta ,

I concur that this may take assistance from Atlassian support. However, could you share screenshots of what you do see? Go to Projects, select your project, what do you see. Example below...

Hi Jack,

If I use Jira from web, I don't have this problem! It's just when I try to use the mobile app.

When I try access to the board (using the app), I get an error on the screen: "There was a problem opening the project. Please try again later or contact your administrator."

I don't know why... two days ago all was working perfectly.

Here are my suggested troubleshooting steps:

  1. check on a different mobile device
  2. restart mobile device
  3. check multiple projects to see if it is project specific
  4. is it just the Board? Can you access backlog, etc?
  5. if all else fails contact Support

Hi Jack,

I have already completed steps 1 and 2, but is the same!

I have 2 boards on the same project. I can see the board from one of them but not for the another one. I only use the app to  see the board.

Ok so the issue is you can't access all boards associated to your project? If this is a Company Managed SW project then you should be able to access as shown in the below image. Click on the drop-down at the top. Again if that is failing you need to contact Support. Note that if this is a business project or Team Managed project then you will not be able to access multiple boards via mobile app I believe.

You mean to say mobile app?

You can try to logout from app and login again.

If it didnt help then raise the support ticket with atlassian

Difficult to troubleshoot this issue from app side. you can raise the support ticket with Atlassian
