I can't see the status either unmapped/mapped columns on my Kanban board. Where I should check? I've admin access for the board and the project as well. can someone help me?

Hello @Prabhu Prabhakar ,

If you can't see a status in the "Column" part of your board settings, it means that your status is not in the Workflows used in your project.

However you don't have the permissions to edit the Workflow as a project admin, you should then ask a Jira Admin for help.
