I can't see subtasks in board view

I can see all stories and their subtasks in the "Backlog" view, however, when I start the sprint, and go to the board view, I can't even see the "Subtask" type.

All of my subtasks are assigned to the same sprint, and have a story as their parent, which appears in the sprint.

I also can't see the board's settings, instead I have only "Configure board" which doesn't seem to have all options:

The reason why you are experiencing this, is because you are using a Team Managed Project, and not a Company Managed Project. I would suggest for you to read the following:

Make sure the subtask is assigned to your team.

The active sprint view for my team's board is fundamentally set up by filtering by team name. If your subtask does not have the correct team assigned then it will not show up on your board!
