I can't type in the issue collector fields on the form in ie

Hi

I have Jira cloud

I have an issue collector embedded into a web page

I'm in ie 11

I click on issue collector button

The issue collector form opens

I can't type in any of the fields

I can't open any drop downs

Why??

How can I fix it?

It works in Chrome and edge

In addition to what Mesut said, the cause for that behavior is an exception in jQuery Form Plugin (v. 2.67 from 2011). Currently, the workaround for this bug is using a different browser. Please access the bug page and click on Start watching this issues to receive all the updates about that. Also feel free to share your thoughts about this case on that ticket comments.

There has been an ongoing issue with the Issue Collector in IE11 since JIRA 6.4. 

There is a known bug that is related but not the exact same error that you can find at JRASERVER-45346.
