I cannot add 'Workratio' to my issue screen

I want to add the work ratio field to my issue screen, but it's not available to choose.

I can however add it to my card layout in a sprint and use it in filters. 

Is this normal?

The work ratio is not a standard field, it's a calculated one, for display only.  A user would not enter anything into it, so it's not needed on the issue screen.

So yes, it's normal!
