The "Add Project" link on the projects administration page is missing. I can get the button to reappear by clicking the issues tab then click the projects menu item and then clicking the "go to general project administration" button and that brings the "add project" button back. But if I click it I get an "access denied" error message.

I seem to have all permissions so I don't know what's going on.

Hi Ben,

In order to add a project in Atlassian OnDemand you need two things:

1. To be in the administrator group (or at least a group that has administrator global permissions)

2. To have access to all applications on your account. Check out http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/AOD/Managing+application+access for more info on this point.

Sometimes people remove access to some applications, so double check you have access to all applications and let us know how you go. :)

Cheers,

Matt
