I cannot create a ticket

I cannot save my ticket though all requested information are added.

  1. Are the other users able to create the issues? No, it works with them.
  2. Are you able to create issues in a different issue type for the same project? It is the first time that I have to create a ticket   https://jira.auto.continental.cloud/secure/RapidBoard.jspa?rapidView=11692&projectKey=VCHCH
  3. Do you see any error messages at the start/end or in between fields? No, it only says all fields with asteriks need to be filled, but this is the case, I added everything.
  4. Have you tried in a different browser? Yes, same result, it does not work.
  5. Are you able to create issues in a different project? No. I only have the homologation project site.
  6. Are you the site admin of your jira instance? No.

I understand you are trying to create a ticket in your jira project and are unable to save it.

I can raise a ticket but when I have filled in all requested information, I cannot save it.

Do you mean 'create button' is greyed out?

No, the "create" button is blue. All information are added but when I press "create" nothing goes on.

  2. Are you able to create issues in a different issue type for the same project? I only have this homologation board to create issues.
  3. Are you able to create issues in a different project? I only have this board
  4. Are you the site admin of your jira instance? No.
  5. Do you see any error messages at the start/end or in between fields? No, it only show "all lines with asteriks need to be filled", but they are filled. I included every information.
  6. Have you tried in a different browser? Yes, but without success.

@Elisabeth Sommer , if this is affecting only you and not other users for the same issue type form with the exact same fields and not working in other browsers as well, i would recommend to check with your site admins to see whether they have any special customisations/scripts that is blocking your create operation.
