I cannot create new task with my user in JiraCloud free

Hello,

I have same type of user and same group with my colleagues but I cannot add a new task. They can.

I have an error:

"You cannot create issues in this project."

Any idea on this issue?

Go to project settings > permissions and check out the roles that are allowed to create issues. Verify that you are in fact in one of the roles/groups.

I had to go in Project Settings > Access and Assigned the user on this project.

I don't know why some users were added with Access here and some without access. Probably because I deleted some users and created new ones.
