I cannot find "Plan" on the navigation bar

Dear admin, 

I am a Standard Free trial user. I would like to configure issue hierarchy but I find no "Plan" navigation on my jira software as an admin. Is that because I am using trial version?

Plan is part of Premium. Standard has basic roadmap that is enabled in the board settings on the board.
