I cannot make the "epic name" field clickable

The epic name field on the various issue screens is not clickable.  When I try to configure the field it is labeled as "locked" which I suspect has something to do with it.  Thanks for any help.

The epic name is drawn from the epic, it's only editable on the epic it comes from.

To change it in other issues, re-link the issue to another epic
