I've been a Jira user till i left my company last year. Now i come back in the same company since 1rst of february 2020. My Jira account has been removed and i'm using Jira. Ok for using and it's possible for me to see notifications on tickets when i'm on Jira but it's impossible to get notifications by mail. My mail adress is the same adress now as last year.
I tried to change my adress mail to another one and it's OK and then i turned back to my job adress but it's KO.
Is someone knows aboiut that ?

Yes we've already check it but it's KO
