I have multiple scrum boards within the same project. Each are using different component filters to show different areas of the project, however some of the timelines do not show the sprint, yet the jiras on the board are in a sprint. Any ideas?

Are all of the sprints in the same project? There are some limitations to the Timeline view in a project - https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/set-up-the-roadmap/
Can you show us please what you are seeing? just an anonymised version of what you are seeing in a screen would be helpful.
