I cannot sign up a new instance for jira

Hello,
I want to create a new instance but while i try it, i got an error. You can see this on attachment. How can i fix it?Screenshot 2025-06-02 at 16.23.31.png

Have you tried running in incognito and clearing your cache and doing it again.

One day ago, there was a maintanance for Free and Standard users - https://jira-software.status.atlassian.com/

If you are still affected by this, you need to reach out to Atlassian support. But you need minimum Standard version and you are limited with their support from 9 to 5.

Premium plan offers the 24/7 support. To get the either of these you can sign up for the free trial plan and then cancel at any time.
