I cannot upload a file to Jira.  Every time I drag and drop a file it states, "xxxxx.pdf" was not uploaded   An internal error has occurred.  Please contact your administrator.  

Have anybody have this issue? If so how did you resolve it.  I tried it on Chrome Browser and still have this issue.

No, I am just a user.  Was requested to use Jira form one of our customers and they seem to be able to upload attachments, but we cannot.  Our IT administrator told us we also use JIRA internally and don't have any of these issues.  I am wondering if I am missing something.  I also been told JIRA works better with Chrome Browser.

Hi, yeah, the problem here is, that it is really difficult to help without checking log files of Jira. But only Jira/Server administrator has access to it. Can you check it with the administrator?
