Most likely you the Manage Wathcers permissions was removed from you or your group. Cross check the space permissions

You need the Manage Watchers permission in that space’s permission scheme. If you don’t have it, you won’t see the option.

• Go to Project settings → Permissions.

• Look for Manage Watchers.

• Ensure your role (or group) is listed.
