Please, i cant anymore order my issues in my board, how can solve it

Follow bellow the warning message,

JIRA Agile cannot execute the rank operation. This board has recently been configured to use the Rank field. The system must be re-indexed before you can rank issues. Ask your administrator to perform a manual re-index.

Do what it says. That message appears when certain changes that require ree indexing are made. Reindex, and you will be able to rank again.

i did it many times. But, it doesnt work.

This warning message keeping show. Do you have any idea ?

OK, if you have reindexed in full (the one that locks out everyone while it runs), then you need to read the log file to find out why this is not fixing it.
