I could not find the release notes view on jira cloud

Hello,

Since few months we have migrated to the cloud instance but since several weeks, it's impossible for us to access to release notes view of a version to generate the release notes

It's the first time in 10 years that I can't generate my release notes. When I click on the version in the version list I'm redirected to the list of corresponding jiras in the advanced search view and there is no button to export as a release note.
