I'd like to count the results of checkmarks on Multi-checkbox issue type.

I have a multi checkbox custom field "Audit Notes" which has two options:  Gold Plating and Delayed Feedback.   I'd like to create a calculated number field that displays the number of times Gold Plating was chosen, and another calculated number field that displays the number of times Delayed Feedback was chosen.   Is there a way to do this?

I'm not a very good script writer, but we do have Adaptavist ScriptRunner as a plugin.
