I’m looking to create a consolidated roadmap that provides a unified, high-level view across multiple projects. The goal is to have a single plan view that aligns timelines, milestones, and key deliverables for better visibility and coordination across teams. This will help us track dependencies, monitor progress across initiatives, and ensure all stakeholders have a clear understanding of how different projects contribute to our broader strategic goals. Please advise on the best tools or structure to support this.
Hi @Idris Aliyu
If you have Jira Premium, there is a built-in Jira Plans app for roadmapping available.
If this app doesn't work for you, you can explore roadmap apps on the Atlassian marketplace. One of them is Planyway for Jira.
Portfolio view on the timeline is one of the core features of Planyway. It allows you to visualize multiple Jira projects on on page to track them all, coordinate deadlines, and visualize milestones. The view is great to share with stakeholders just like that or exported in PDF.
What's more, you get recourse planning features to manage workload, calendar view, and time tracking — all under the same app and the same price.
Let me know if you have questions.
