I have 'Start Date' and 'ProjectDueDate' but I do not see Timelines. Please check the sceenshots attached. The "Child level issue scheduling" is enabled.

Please help!Screenshot 2023-06-27 at 12.18.39.pngScreenshot 2023-06-27 at 12.20.30.png

Hi @Roman Zolotarevskyi

Are you able to add a timeline by selecting a period on the timeline itself?

Please note that only the field Start date and Due date can be used and need to be added to the issue view (screens).

yes, I was able to add a timeline period manuallyScreenshot 2023-06-28 at 09.30.07.png

But how to automate it?

You need to add Start date (done) and Due date (instead of ProjectDueDate) to all necessary screens of your project(s).

This way, you can enter those dates within the issue and they will be scheduled on the timeline. If you automate it in any way, this works as well.

Personally, scheduling issues from en Epic within the Timeline directly works best for me.
