In my epic board, I do not see stories/issues inside few of the epics but I want to move that epic to other project. Can I do that, if yes how.

From your board you should be able to open an epic and select … > Move. Here's a GIF of what that would look like for more context:

I feel that was a problem of access, as the move option with Epic is now available :). Though there are certain other operational blockers might be there which needs functional awareness of the project to clear.

Also, as I am new Atlassian Community, I wanted to know if there is any beginner level guides available in the documentation for one to know all the operations in JIRA as admin. A sort of guide matching with Scrum concepts and its functions in JIRA.

Can you share any details on 'why you can't move the epic'? I understand you are using the 'Move issues' tool. Does it give you any particular errors?

This seems to be a duplicate - Moving-Epics-from-one-project-to-other

Not duplicate but in the next step of doing the same thing... basically when trying to move the stories under an epic associated with one Project to other, I am not able to move. There are few epics which do not have stories. I am not able to move them either.
