I don't konw how to verify my email when my colleague has applied a account of Jira for me

My colleague applied a account of Jira for me ,butI didn‘t receive the invitation emai of Jira，but I  received a email ：To finish setting up your account and start using Jira, confirm we’ve got the correct email for you.

I click on the link in the email for verify my email，but it failed.  I don’t konw how to verify my email so that I can receive the  invitaion email of Jira.
