I had a bug on TeamBoard TeamPlanner - Please help. Do you have a live agent to talk to? We badly need it. we just added this add on yesterday and yet we already had an issue. I need a live person to help me, does anybody know who to reach out?
If you’re experiencing an issue with an add-on I would highly recommend that you reach out to their support group directly. If you go to the marketplace and locate the add-on you will see a tab for support. You can also access this through the application by going to apps menu and finding your ad on.
