I had requested for 3 application’s in JIRA market place and it was a free version. The Project Manager for Jira got listed in the dropdown whereas the other two applications Project, Resource and Cost Management, JC360 for Jira is not visible in the Apps dropdown of JIRA homepage. I Have attached the screenshots of the applications requested for your reference. It would be great of you could help in getting the access for the applications.
when you request an app a site-administrator will be notified about the request and the details you provided. It is up to administrators to review and proceed with your request. It seems that one of the three was approved. I can imagine that the administrator/s had a valid reason to not do the same with the other apps. It would be the easiest for you to reach out to the colleagues administering the application and discuss why you think the app is adding value to the instance and is needed and they can explain why they did not approve your request.
