I have Jira 7.13.0 server and I need to migrate to latest one and to the new Ubuntu 18.4 server

1. Jira software 7.13.0 to Jira Core 8.8.1 

2. One server to another server. ( ubuntu 18.04 to Ubuntu 18.4)

 

in simple steps.

The official documentation is too confusing.
