I have a Redmine export i.e. CSV file. When I import the csv file, I am getting the error :
Unable to link issue from 5997 to Related to #3557, Related to #3547 with link named 'Relates': Cannot find imported issue key for external id 'Related to #3557, Related to #3547'

Could you please provide us the CSV file you are trying to import but removing the confidential information of it?
In a fast look, I believe that the problem is the special character "#" containing on the Link field. Can you please remove it and try to import it again?
