I have a Redmine export i.e. CSV file. When I import the csv file, I am getting the error : 

• Unable to link issue from 5997 to Related to #3557, Related to #3547 with link named 'Relates': Cannot find imported issue key for external id 'Related to #3557, Related to #3547' 

Can Anyone help?

Hello Meera,

Could you please provide us the CSV file you are trying to import but removing the confidential information of it? 

In a fast look, I believe that the problem is the special character "#" containing on the Link field. Can you please remove it and try to import it again?

We will be waiting for your answer to check the file and performing some tests to better troubleshoot your issue.
