I have a free plan for confluence, where can i see how much space I am using?

In the free plan there is the limit of 2 GB,  it is interistint to know how much space is available

As long as you're an Admin, I find the quickest way is...

1. Press the cog icon (top right-hand corner)
2. Select User Management
3. On the left-hand menu, then select Storage

Go to User management in the admin section. On the left sidebar you should see Storage.
