I have a problem with the JIRA Software license

Hi
I have a problem with the JIRA Software license
At https://jira.winmed.pl/plugins/servlet/applications/versions-licenses I have a paid license.
I have the same key on my JIRA and it shows that it is inactive (trial) and will expire in 4 days

What am I doing wrong?

Where-ever Jira's home directory (data directory) is, has a directory called "logs".  The first one to read is atlassian-jira.log
