Hi Team,
While creating a ticket ------->Go to configure fields---------->When I'm selecting All fields tabs are appearing correctly but when I m selecting custom fields in configuring fields are disappearing.
Please help us this Issue.
Thanks & Regards,
Bharathi.
I'm arriving here from googling around, and I believe I know what Bharathi's problem is. I have a hunch that Bharathi meant to say that tabs are disappearing, not fields.
I'm seeing the same thing. When the "Configure Fields" option is set to "Custom fields" instead of "All Fields", any tabs that were configured for the underlying screen are immediately ignored, and all fields are displayed in one long list.
I feel like the "configure fields" feature of Jira becomes relevant too often when trying to understand unexpected behavior in Jira for users. I wish I could turn it off!
If there is a workaround for this that anyone can share, I would love to hear about it!
For now I will tell my users to simply change the "Configure fields" setting back to "all fields" to restore tabs, and I recommend the same for you @Bharathi
Cheers

What do you mean by "fields are disappearing"?
I assume "When I'm selecting custom fields in configuring fields" means you are selecting fields to go on to the screen?
If so, then when you've added a field to a screen, it will no longer be offered in the select list for when you want to add another. Is that what you mean by "fields are disappearing"? This happens because you can't add a field to a screen more than once.
