I have been added as a Administrator to my JIRA board, but still i'm not able to configure my board

Hey @Pooja Gopal. Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

I assume you have double-checked  Board > Configure > General configuration and confirmed you are one of the Board administrators. What about other boards? There are some configuration areas in the board you need additional permissions, especially if your filter has multiple projects. As per your screenshot, you should change the estimation with either Jira admin or Board admin permissions.
