I have created a company managed board using a filter which brings in data from other boards. The other boards have 6 statuses but only 3 columns are showing in the new board. Blocked, In Progress and Review are all appearing in the In Progress bar. How can I split those out so that all the statuses that make up the boards show on the company managed board? Thank you!
Hi @N McMahon
You can Configure Columns from the Board Settings.

Hi Stephen,
thanks for the information. I had tried that, however, even though I can add columns, reposition them and change their name, the text 'This column will not show on the board without a status' remains. I seem unable to change the status. Can you advise on what to do there sir please? Thanks again!!

Hello @N McMahon
For a Column to display in the board, there must be at least one status mapped to it. You need to take statuses from the columns they are currently in and drag-and-drop them into the new columns.

Hi @N McMahon
I agree with Trudy.
You've created the Columns and dragged them into the right order, which is great!
Now you need to move Statuses to them. Then the Column will be visible and you can use them to show a greater variety of Statuses in different Columns!
Thanks to Trudy for the great how-to above!!

Ste and Trudy, I must say, that was embarrassingly easy!! It's funny how sometimes the most obvious thing to do needs to be pointed out.
Thank you both for reducing my stress levels, much appreciated!!!
